Vintage Oaks/Preserve/Meyer Ranch

New Braunfels offers master-planned communities for every kind of buyer. Vintage Oaks, a 3,300-acre community along TX-46 between New Braunfels and Boerne, offers one-acre-plus homesites, wooded and hilltop lots, stocked lakes and a resort-style amenity village, with buyers choosing their own custom builder. Meyer Ranch, in northeast New Braunfels, offers new open-concept homes, trails, a resort-style pool and a community green with food truck nights. Both are served by Comal ISD.
